With more than 25 years of experience as a coach, using a plethora of helpful techniques, exercises and strategies, she witnesses many inspirations, realizations and transformational shifts. Accessing wisdom and compassion are fundamental tools to embrace and dance with whatever shows up.
Lou Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, was a two-sport collegiate athlete, three-sport coach, teacher of science, NCAA collegiate basketball official, personal trainer, business leader, owner and more.
Lou Ann embodies awareness and uses inquiry, insight and presence to support others to live their life on purpose and bring heart and soul to life.
